👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make lemon juice:

Cut lemons into 8 pieces and muddle them for about 3 minutes or until each lemon looks squeezed out.
2. Make dragonfruit purée:
Scoop the flesh from dragonfruits and blend until smooth. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.

3. Mix lemonade:
In a large pitcher, whisk together dragonfruit purée, lemon juice, sugar, and water until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.

4. Chill & serve:
Add plenty of ice. Garnish your glass with lemon slices, mint leaves, or extra dragonfruit chunks for a fun twist.

4. Pour into glass and enjoy your vibrant pink lemonade!

🌟 Tips & Variations

Without Dragonfruit:
Swap with:

Strawberries or raspberries for a berry lemonade.

Mango for a tropical lemonade.

Watermelon for a refreshing summer twist.

Make it sparkling: Use soda water instead of still water for a fizzy version.

Healthier option: Replace sugar with honey, agave, or a splash of stevia.

Party pitcher: Add frozen dragonfruit cubes (freeze purée in ice trays) to keep drinks cold and colorful without watering them down.

✨ Dragonfruit lemonade is kid-friendly, party-pretty, and adult-refreshing. Bonus—it looks amazing in photos, making it Pinterest and Instagram ready!
