1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened

1 ยผ cups granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup milk chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10โ€“12 cookies)

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.


Step 2: Cream Butter & Sugar

In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2โ€“3 minutes).


Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients

Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.


Step 4: Dry Ingredients
