2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for rolling)

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Heat to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Dough
1. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
