Easy Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe

Cheeseburger sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or party snack. Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

ยฝ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or soft dinner rolls)

6 slices American or cheddar cheese (halved)

ยผ cup mayonnaise (optional, for spreading)

12 pickle slices (optional, for topping)


For the topping:

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp sesame seeds

ยฝ tsp garlic powder





Instructions

1. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.


2. Prepare the buns:
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom halves in a lightly greased baking dish.


3. Layer the sliders:
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns (if using). Evenly spoon the cooked beef mixture over the rolls. Lay cheese slices over the beef. Add pickles if desired. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.


4. Add topping:
Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garlic powder.


5. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.


6. Serve:
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
