🛒 Ingredients
Crust Layer
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Pumpkin Cheesecake Filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice (or cinnamon + nutmeg + cloves)
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Topping
Whipped cream
Crushed gingersnap cookies or cinnamon sprinkle
